Determining whether you need Treatment

      (You may need treatment if you experience any of the following:)

 1.  Intense feelings of anger, sadness, guilt, shame, worry, grief or worthlessness

 2.  Feeling Out-of-Control with your thoughts, behavior or actions

 3.  Unexplained changes in diet, energy levels or sleep patterns

 4.  Compulsive use of sex, drugs, food, gambling or other behaviors

 5.  Losing interest in activities that you previously enjoyed

 6.  Inability to focus or complete daily activities

 7.  Withdrawal from family and friends

​ 8.  Engaging in risky or reckless behaviors such as drunk driving and or unsafe sex
